I bought this for my banjo after I had bought a D'Addario micro which wouldn't reliably pick up on the string being played. In contrast, the Sondery worked right away- very quick to recognize the note, and it has a beautiful high-resolution display which makes the D' look like crap. And, it's slightly less expensive. The only slight negative I would give the Sondery is that the displayed notes go down in frequency as the display scrolls to the left; that seems backward to me.
Like it’s functionality it’s a simple screen shows exactly how far off your tuning is per string.Display is a white background with a green triangle used to indicate when you hit the optimal tone. Easy to read even when Used on the go with my guitar strapped on. Great battery life, with the ability to recharge is a great plus for me (save on extra batteries).Same as most tuners has a clamp style that treated with some care should last a good long time. Very lite weight. Going to outfit my other guitars with one also
Throwing my other tuners away. This one is superior. Rechargeable is nice. But the big win is I can see it when I play outside in the daylight.
This is by far the most user friendly clip on tuner. The display is clear as can be. It gives you the perfect result every time. And because of it's small size it can clip on in spaces where the other tuners cannot.I use this for all of my guitars.
This thing is accurate, easy to use, clamps down sturdily good on your guitar and is highly readable. Love it.
